Year 2 did an experiment to understand that materials all have different properties. They identified that some materials can change shape by squashing, bending, stretching and twisting, and others can’t. This means that some are able to change shape and keep the shape changed (such as playdough), some are able to be temporarily changed but go back to their original shape (like a sponge) and some can’t be changed at all (like a stone). They found out the results and recorded in chart.
