Year 3 - Plastic Pollution Presentations!
Plastic pollution is yet another growing statistic of the world's detriment, and currently 88% of the sea's surface is polluted by plastic. Our Year 3 students thought like environmentalists this week as they explored the causes and effects of pollution. Linked to their book, One Plastic Bag, our 3 students exercised their public-speaking and teamwork skills as they conducted group presentations on plastic pollution! They explored the consequences on the environment and also gave their own solutions as to how we can help stop this global crisis!
Year 2 - Making Paper Crowns
As part of their study into 'Magnificent Monarchs', our Year 2 students made beautiful paper crowns! By decorating them with colour, pompoms and glitter, our Year 2 students were certainly fit for royalty!
Nursery - Dinosaur Swamp!
Our Nursery students got imaginative with their dinosaur swamp! As part of their ongoing exploration into the extinct species, our students were able to bring the world of dinosaurs to life by adding leaves, sand, water and their own miniature dinosaurs to their very own swamp!
Year 1 - Animal Line Drawings
Our Year 1 students used a range of drawing materials, like hard and soft pencils, to make line drawings of familiar animals! They thoroughly enjoyed getting creative with their designs!
