Reception - Learning About Number Bonds!
Our Reception students have been enjoying their recent Maths lessons in which they've been studying all about number bonds! Our students also worked in pairs as they completed this activity, thus enhancing their teamwork skills!
Year 6 - Algebra Activities!
Our Year 6 students have been diving into Algebra during their Maths lessons, and through the use of different methods, our students have thoroughly enjoyed exploring this topic!
Year 3 - Water Project!
As part of their studies on the Water Cycle and different water systems, our Year 3 students created their very own river systems using cardboard, coloured paper, card and a variety of other craft materials. By bringing art and science together, our students were able to exercise both their teamwork and artistic skills!
Year 5 - Solar System Models!
As part of their topic Stargazers: What Lies Beyond the Stars, our Year 5 students have experienced all things space this week! Aside from creating their very own 2D and 3D models of the solar system, our students also researched the different astronauts who have travelled to the moon and wrote an application to the Space Agency to become an astronaut! Overall, our students thoroughly enjoyed these activities, and of course, we must give a shout-out to all the parents who helped them with their solar system models!
