Our EYFS Receives the Silver HEYLP Award!
A huge congratulations goes out to our EYFS team for receiving the silver HEYLP award in recognition of their outstanding healthy eating! Supported by Sadiq Khan, and attended by our Barnet MPs, this event celebrated the achievements of different education settings in the county!
Year 6 - Graduation!
We talked about our younger students graduating today, but we'll also dearly miss our older students too. Our Year 6 class has been an absolute joy to have in school and we wish them all the best for their journeys through Secondary School; we know they're capable of achieving so many great things! Our Year 6 students put on a great (and at times, tear-jerking) assembly, where they acted out a hilarious play, delivered memorable speeches, and received well-deserved gifts. Our Library Volunteers!
Some of our Year 4 and 5 students have very eagerly been sorting through and re-arranging our library to ensure that all the books are easily-seen, and are placed in their designated sections. It's great to see our students taking such an interest in their school, as well as the books that they read. Participating in activities like these allows our students to become independent learners, both in and out of the classroom, and we think our eager volunteers have done a fabulous job!
A Dazzling Display!
Inspired by the works of David Hockney and Georgia O'Keeffe, our Year 6 students had a go at creating their very own artistic landscapes by blending together oil pastels, among a variety of other materials. This hallway display is an absolute treat to see when walking down our school corridors, and an excellent celebration of the work of our talented students!
